It’s simple: Children color or decorate a small ornament each day that reminds them of the daily passage found on this blog. They then affix this ornament onto their very own Manger Scene at home, or hang on your tree.
Preparation
1. Pick up a Project Packet from the WEPC gallery. You can also download and print the packet here.
2. Create your Manger Scene for use in your home. You can download the pattern here. Instructions are found in the packet above. Posterboard is also available in the WEPC gallery.
Sample Daily Schedule
At or after a meal, read the Scripture with your children from your Bible, or watch and hear the Scripture being read to you from the blog. Taking a cue from the questions, help your child catch a glimpse of our patient, powerful, and active Savior Jesus Christ. Pray together for the Spirit to move in your family. Finally, decorate the ornament together and affix it to your Manger Scene. Have fun with it!
